This site was designed in partnership with Victim Services and the Criminal Justice Branch of the Government of British Columbia to help you navigate the justice system and get the information you need.

Contact VictimLink BC. VictimLink BC is a province-wide, multilingual telephone help line offering information and referral for victims of crime. VictimLink BC is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and can be reached toll-free at 1 800 563-0808.

Or, call your local police department to find a victim services branch near you. Police based victim service programs, located in RCMP and municipal police departments throughout the province, exist to serve all victims of crime. They may also be able to refer you to more specialized services dealing with specific crimes such as family violence or sexual assault.
